Yes. I understand that you may have already showered but I do still require you to have one. This is to make sure your groin area, nails and under foreskin are properly cleaned. Maintaining Good Sexual Health If you have concerns about your sexual health go to a doctor and request a sexual health examination. There is no shame in doing this. If you have multiple sexual partners I recommend getting tested every three months even if you have no symptoms.
